The plate heat exchanger is made by forming metal plates (STAINLESS STEEL, TITANIUM, etc.) with a thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm on a very large hydraulic press using high-precision technology. 

Numerous protrusions are formed on the heat transfer plate, creating an ideal turbulent flow phenomenon on the heat transfer surface, resulting in rapid and high heat exchange and hot water. 

When there is a pressure difference between water and cold water, the protrusions come into contact, maintaining a constant distance, thereby increasing the strength of the PLATE.

In addition, attach a GASKET to the heat transfer plate, seal the fluid and form a flow path to fix the heat transfer plate according to the design, arrange it between the frame and the moving frame, fasten it with a TIE-BOLT, compress it, and assemble it to exchange heat with high efficiency.
